STORY DESCRIPTION:

11 settembre 2001: a Napoli è un giorno qualsiasi, ma sta per irrompere un evento destinato a fissarsi per sempre nella memoria collettiva. Tutti sono immersi nelle loro storie, fino a quando la tragedia lontana scivola nella vita di ognuno, con esiti diversi.

September 11, 2001: it’s a day like any other in Naples, but soon an event will occur that is destined to remain ingrained forever in our collective unconscious. Everyone is immersed in their daily routine until the distant tragedy slips into everyone’s life, with different outcomes.
DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE:

Davide Dapporto si laurea in lettere moderne all’Università “La Sapienza” di Roma con la tesi: “Gabriele Polverosi: il ruolo dell’aiuto regista in ‘Novecento’ di Bernardo Bertolucci”. Tra le sue regie: “41° Parallelo”, realizzato con il contributo del Mibac, “Bamako Art”, documentario girato nel Mali, “Distretto di Polizia 7”, “L’apparenza”, vincitore in diversi festival italiani, "Suspension”, “Acting out”, Premio Kodak per il miglior corto italiano.

Davide Dapporto graduated with a degree in Modern Literature at "La Sapienza" University in Rome with a thesis on “Gabriele Polverosi: the role of A.D. in Novecento by Bernardo Bertolucci”. As a film director he has shot the following films: “41° Parallelo” with the support of the Ministry of Cultural Assets and Activities (Mibac), "Bamako Art” a documentary shot in Mali, “Distretto di Polizia 7”, “L’apparenza” (Award for best script and best short in several Italian festivals), “Suspension”, and “Acting out” which received the Kodak award for best Italian short.
