By looking for some money to help her mother to pay the contribution of Algerians of France Association's (which cover the expenses of repatriation and burying of her dead father, in their small village), she realizes that she is the powerless witness and the victim of a system without exit...
DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE:
Myriam Chetouane has a master's degree in History of Cinema at the Sorbonne, begins by writing articles and film critics on reviews and websites specialized... She becomes script doctor for many production companies and participates in the writing of some script projects. Culture of Appearances is her first short film.
