Welcome to Piatra Neamt, in Romania. In a small office near the Town Hall, people line up to complain to the only staff member present. A game begins, closely followed by the camera, in which each look and expression creates an allegory on power. Absurd, tragic, comical, while at the same time serious, this documentary has an Ionesco-like flavour.
