DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE:
Marion Naccache was born in 1979 in Paris. Co-director of the Paris Underground Film Festival and founder of the Strip Film Festival (2003-2007), which sticked up for showing creative documentaries, artist films, poetry or dance films, she has both studied and taught contemporary poetry at the Ecole Normale Supérieure lettres et sciences humaines. Before Coney Island (last summer), her first feature lenght film, she has shot some artist films (short films), some of them in collaboration with Tom Jarmusch (the dead fish story), screened during Miami-Basel Fair in 2007, or at the Chelsea Hotel, in 2008.
