Caracas, Venezuela. Summer 2009.
A Venezuelan Department of Complaints; a van, is traveling around the busiest streets of the Venezuelan capital.
Frustrations and worries need to be heard. People go inside to deliver their complaints. Different faces, different screams come in and out. Collecting peoples complains, as they deliver them in the Department of Complaints, represents a unique radiography of Venezuelan social reality as never seen before.
Following this strange mobile Department of Complaints is an occasion to discover this chaotic city. The van pass by The “Avila” mountain, squares, markets, parks, commercial roads and Metro stations. It stops occasionally to collect shouts... The cinematic experience is also an occasion to travel around Caracas for 51 minutes and approach the contrasts and beauties which typify the Venezuelan Capital.
This documentary film delivers real problems within humor and sadness. A genuine folkloric department gives a touch of fun to the confessionary occasion. In this film you will see humorous comments made from a very wide range of spontaneous people.
You cannot miss the opportunity to understand a country and its culture in the most extraordinary way.
