DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE:
Born in Montréal, Canada, Mathieu Denis studied film in his hometown, at Université du Québec à Montréal. After completing his studies, he worked as an editor in France and Canada, contributing to an impressive number of fiction and documentary films, as well as music videos. In 2006, he wrote and directed a first short film, Le silence nous fera echo (Silent Remains), which was presented in numerous film festivals around the world. A second short film, Code 13, follows in 2007. Mathieu Denis lives and works in Montréal.
