DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE:
Borned in Buenos Aires in 1970. His first degree graduation was a bachelor degree in public relations. He specializes in mass media in “Nacional Lomas de Zamora” university.
In 1992, at the age of 22, he creates a cable TV channel that transmits videos and musical productions 24 hours a day. Channel teams up with a Canadian channels group “Much Music” and becomes the first Spanish speaking musical channel in Latin America. Produces and directs the channel during two years.During the next eleven years he becomes a career ever prolific in musical video clip direction. He directs 78 videos for internationals artists like Charly Garcia, Mercedes Sosa, Divididos, Bersuit Vergarabat, Auténticos Decadentes, Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas, Etc.
At the same time he directs, films and records for more than 200 musicals show for artists like Guns n´ Roses, Paul Mc Cartney, Soda Stereo, Aerosmith, Los Rodríguez, Andrés Calamaro, Los Chalchaleros, León Gieco, etc.For television, in 1994 he works for “canal 7” (Argentina) like director of “Contacto Visual” program.In 1996, he works for the cable TV signal “ISAT” like director for short films and specials TV programs.In 1997, he is the Argentina General Director of the musical channel “YA TV” located in Miami.In 1998, he works for “canal 9” (Argentina) directing and developing projects.In 2001, he is the executive producer of “Supernova 7” and “Sin Estribitos” programs for Canal 7.In August 2002, he enters to “Idea Sur” Production Company and directs for America TV the first chapter of serial “Tumberos”.In November 2002 to January 2004 he directs the soap opera “Costumbres Argentinas” for TELEFE. 265 chapters.
He won the “Martin Fierro 2004” award for best comedy (the highest honour in this country). Nominated for the INTE 2004 award in Miami, USA.Directs, writes and produces the documental “1852, La Batalla De Caseros”.Directs commercials for firms like Showcenter, Peugeot 307, Supermarkets, Las Marias, Volkswagen Gol, FM Hit, Rock and Pop, etc.Directs programs openings like “Costumbres Argentina” TELEFE, “Los Roldan” TELEFE, “Efecto K” TyC Sport, “Sin Estribos” Canal 7, “The New Music” ISAT, “Súper Pop” América TV, “Supernova 7” Canal 7, etc.In May 2004, establishes himself in Chile to direct and write the series “Tiempo Final” for TVN, produced by Roos Film.
