The film is an exploration of life stories of simple, unknown people living in the Romanian city of Sibiu, approached in a common day bar (“bar de zi”). As a result, by revealing unexpected, strange, sometimes tragic life stories, ordinary people prove to be strong and profoundly human characters, and the modest entrance in a day bar becomes in fact a doorway to an intense, full of passion and delightful world.
