STORY DESCRIPTION:

Mia Adler is the lead actress in the latest film of independent director Edgar Blumberg. She is very ambitious and precise in regard to her profession, but the role of Elisa is turning out to be a serious challenge. The duality within her own character leads to controversy towards Edgar and Nick, her co-star in the film. She feels confused because the extremes that the acting of the role requires, forces her to look at her own life with uncertainty.
DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE:

Annalena Duken Born on May 18, 1975 in Heidelberg, Germany. Studied from 1997 - 1998 at the Schauspielstudio Gmelin in Munich, attended various Workshops (John Costopoulos-Method Acting, Mike Bernardin-Meisner Technique) and took dancing and singing lessons. Since 1998, she has worked as an actress in numerous TV- and Film productions. In 2004, she founded a production firm, Filmdelikt. The short film, Bittersüsses Nichts, is her directorial debut. She lives in Berlin.
