STORY DESCRIPTION:

In a video-art style, this documentary features a meeting held in 2013 with the American author and poet Bill Berkson, member of the New York Poets current (very active between the 50s and 60s, also as an art critic and collaborator of the abstract expressionists ). The film documents his visit to the Art Park of Verzegnis, in Carnia, and the narrative of his creative encounter with one of the most significant voices of his time: Frank O'Hara. The video also shows (with permission from the Schifano archive), the photographic documentation of Schifano's meeting with this important group of New York artists and poets, whom he collaborated with.
