‘Anna e Marco’ is a neorealistic story of a chance encounter between two people on the edge
of breakdown.Set in the outskirts of Rome and more precisely in the areas of Pigneto, Mandrione and Ap-
pia where Pasolini shot many of his movies including ‘L’Accattone’.The increasingly revelatory dialogue between the characters transforms their meeting from
casual to crucial.
