Political systems and value systems changed around them, lovers have left and even the family structure doesn`t seem to promise any kind of reference point. Which leaves them with their own body as a refuge.

LINDA FRANKE (b.1980, Dresden) is a postgraduate of the Academy of Media Arts Cologne and a graduate of UniversitÃ¤t der KÃ¼nste Berlin and the Chelsea School of Art and Design London. She has participated in international residency programs, such as Impakt in Utrecht, Netherlands, Institute Sacatar, Brazil, and Creative Lab at Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
