Celine van Till was a rider in the Swiss National Equestrian team for dressage when she suffered a severe head injury in a dramatic accident. She was only 16 years old. In a coma for weeks, she awoke without the ability to speak or to walk.
BucÃ©phale is a film about her life, her passion and her destiny. We discover this beautiful young woman and her incredible will to not only survive, but to ride again - and make it to the Paralympic Games in Rio in 2016.

DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE:
Damien Marti was born on May 21 1970 in Geneva. He has always been an avid sportsman and it is his passion for sport that has guided not only his personal life, but his professional life as well. He worked for 15 years in sports event organisation and in TV sponsoring. It is during this time that Damien discovered a strong interest in filming, directing and editing. Once he decided to pursue this interest, he trained at the Institut National de lâ??audiovisual (INA) in France.
In 2017, Damien directed BucÃ©phale, a documentary telling the remarkable story of a young dressage equestrian, who, after a serious fall while riding, had to learn to walk and speak again. The documentary tells her journey from the time of the accident, her rehabilitation and culminating with her participation in the Paralympic Games in Rio.
ChloÃ©'s passion for the broadcasting world and her motivation led her from many training periods to a professional career of Editor in 2003. She got all the tricks of the job. In 2005, ChloÃ© decided to travel around the world. She stopped a while in New Zealand, where she experienced her skills and talents. Back in Switzerland, she worked as an editor in a company in Geneva and became a freelance editor working for the Swiss Television (RTS).
In 2012, ChloÃ© joined Framevox team. She works in close collaboration with journalists and directors on magazine editing for the television and participate in post-production to projects from Framevox. Share her competences is vital and she has the real desire to perform them. In 2015 she directs her first feature documentary The dream makers, 64mn & in 2017, BucÃ©phale, 35mn.
