The International Feature Film Competition, first and second feature film, is composed of 9 titles.

The theme that unites all films is to give light to a world of images difficult to emerge. It starts with 37 seconds by Hikari director, winner of the Panorama section of the 2019 Berlinale, which deals with the different skill of a young Manga author who lives on a wheelchair.

The second title El despertar de la hormigas by Antonella Sudasassi that will attend the festival in Rome, presented also in competition at Berlinale 2019, tells the story of the uncertain but irreversible emancipation of a young mother who lives in a highly patriarchal society. Then we go to the Lapu by César Alejandro Jaimes and Juan Pablo Polanco presented at the Sundance Film festival that deals with the theme of death. By a Sharp knife by Teodor Kuhn tells the story of a loss. Negative numbers by Uta Beria, that attend the festival, explores the post-Soviet society starting from a youth detention center. Directly from the Rotterdam International Film Festival, in competition there will also be the film of the brothers Matthews Lost Holiday and as every year in competition will also be present a’work that speak a LGBTQ themes, Tremors by Jayro Bustamante.

No less important the Italian films as Affittasi Vita by Stefano Usardi and Tensione Superficiale by Giovanni Aloi.

Out of Competition will be presented the film  Tutti i colori  by Max Nardari that has in the cast characters such as Nino Frassica, Alessandro Borghi, Giancarlo Giannini and Tosca d’Aquino.
