RIFF is pleased to announce that the Rome Web Fest, the first international festival in Italy dedicated to the world of web series and digital content, is now in its 4 th edition and will take place from September 30 to October 2, 2016 at the MAXXI in Rome , the National Museum of XXI Century Arts, and like every year will host screenings, workshops, panels and much more. This year the calls and competitions taking place are manifold:

– Call for Film Fashion: Another unmissable event of the Roma Web Fest is the one with the fashion film. The winning video will be awarded on October 1. President of the jury will be Anna Fendi. The notice deadline: August 10, 2016 http://www.romawebfest.it/rwf/bandi/2016-bando-fashion-film/
– Call for schools and universities: thanks to assiduous collaboration with the Sapienza University of Rome, a section of the festival is dedicated to the competition for the web series pilot episodes conceived by groups of students. – Janssen Award – Hi Future !: Janssen, pharmaceutical company, in collaboration with the Rome Fest Web, has launched the competition Hi Future! for a subject standard that addresses the topics of wellness, the health of tomorrow in research and innovation. – Call Movieland: Roma Lazio Film Commission and the Regional Department of Tourism of the Lazio Region, along with the Fest, Web Rome have launched the call for Movieland pilots of web series that are aimed at the promotion and enhancement of the Lazio Region, with its arts, customs and traditions.
