SYNOPSIS:
Mamadu, a boy born in Italy to Senagalese parents, fights daily with his own personal battle to be recognized as an Italian citizen. Neither first generation immigrants nor his old landlady want to help him.
BIOGRAPHY:
Alessandro Valori. Director, Screenwriter. Born in Macerata in 1965. Assistant director to Lina Wertmuller, Sergio Corbucci, Paolo and Vittorio Taviani. In 2003, he began directing his first feature film, ”Radio west” with Kasia Smutniak and Pietro Taricone. It was followed by his second film “Chi nasce tondo” with Valerio Mastandrea and Sandra Milo.
