SYNOPSIS:
Four friends, at the threshold of their forties, try to understand the women’s world. Each one of them has, in his past, a personal history of ruins, scars or simple allergies to their old relationships. So their friendship has become a good alternative to relationships. Still their destinies, like the ones of any heterosexual adult man, is to try and relate with the feminine universe. A harder and harder task, that will lead our protagonists to experiment with absurd, comic or purely surreal situations involving possible fiancéés, girl friends or one night stands. Through their stories, we undercover the unmentionable over-anxieties and madnesses of the contemporary woman, and the impossibility for men to figure them out
BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Rome, he gratuated with a degree in Architecture, completing his thesis in cinematic set-design. He wrote and directed numerous documentaries and shorts, such as "Concerto in Onde Corte" (CortoLazio Prize). Afterwards, he directed the documentary "Effetto Periferone" for the Comune di Roma and the videoclip "Go With the Flow" of the pianist Giovanni Allevi. "Cara ti Amo..." is his first feature film.
